- Shoot days, locations, crew, talent, product capture, motion design, and version count determine the quote. Existing footage can reduce new capture.

- Send sample footage, transcripts if available, brand assets and examples of the edits you need. We check image and sound quality, product accuracy, usage permissions and gaps before recommending edits or a new shoot.

Our base is Fresno, California. We serve San Francisco and the Bay Area through planned on-location productions. We confirm crew, travel, locations, and shoot dates in your scope; we do not have a San Francisco office.

We can plan shoots in San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, and Peninsula locations such as Palo Alto, Mountain View, and Redwood City. Tell us where the team and product will be available. We confirm property access, site restrictions, and any permit requirements before finalizing production.
How much will our video production cost?

Can you work around a launch date or a short founder visit?
Share the release date and the dates your team, product, and location are available. We work backward through planning, filming, editing, and review rounds, then confirm whether the schedule is feasible. Shoot availability is confirmed separately from a consultation booking.
Can you use our existing footage and product recordings?
Yes. We review sample footage, sound quality, usage permissions, and the product story before recommending an editing package or additional filming. Nonpublic product access and confidentiality requirements can be agreed before materials are shared.
