Phone Calls and AI Assistant Logs

If you call WERZ, our phone system or AI assistant may log call details such as caller number, call time, duration, transcript or summary, requested service, callback preference, and call outcome so our team can respond, manage bookings, and improve service quality. We do not use phone call logs to sell your personal information.

Text Message Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number through our booking form and select the SMS consent checkbox, we may use that number to send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, customer care replies, and requested follow-up messages related to your consultation or booking. Message frequency varies based on your appointment and communication activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@werz.ai.

We use Twilio and telecommunications providers to deliver booking texts. They process recipient phone numbers, message content, and delivery information for that purpose. This processing may take place in the United States and other countries involved in delivering the message. You may withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP or contacting us by email. We temporarily store a pending booking request in your browser tab so an interrupted booking can be retried without creating a duplicate; we remove it when confirmation or a definitive failure is received.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, so long as they agree to keep this information confidential.

We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Website reliability

Our hosting systems process request logs to operate and protect the website. We also retain limited hourly totals of requests and HTTP error responses for selected public routes for up to 90 days. These totals contain no IP addresses, cookie identifiers, advertising click IDs, query strings, referrers or device details. They include automated requests and do not identify people or reconstruct browsing journeys. They are not shared with Google or linked to advertising or customer records.

Website analytics

For visitors our local country lookup places in the United States, we use notice-and-opt-out website and advertising measurement. You can stop optional measurement using Privacy choices. We honor Global Privacy Control by disabling optional measurement, and preserve saved refusals. Elsewhere, or if the location is unknown or the database is stale, optional measurement requires an affirmative choice. Location is an estimate, not proof of residency. We process the request IP transiently against a local country database; we do not send it to a geolocation provider or save the lookup result as a visitor profile. Google restricted data processing is enabled, ad personalization stays off, and heatmap tools still require explicit analytics permission. Region-based permission is recorded separately from an affirmative choice. This product includes GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind.

Where consent is required, with your analytics consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, alongside our own website analytics to understand public page visits, traffic sources, devices, and interactions. Google uses cookies and browser identifiers to process this information, which may be processed outside your country. For visitors outside our US notice-and-opt-out setting, if you also accept marketing cookies, Google may use advertising cookies and click identifiers to measure which Google Ads clicks lead to inquiries and bookings. Declining marketing cookies keeps advertising storage and advertising user-data consent denied. We do not enable Google advertising personalization or Google Signals. Private client links and signed-in visits are excluded from our GA4 collection. For public visitors whose measurement is permitted with an available Google browser identifier, our server also sends events when an inquiry or booking is saved, when our team qualifies a project, and when a contract is signed. These events contain the public page, service category and inquiry route. Signed-contract events also include the contract value and currency to measure booked business. We do not send names, email addresses, project briefs, booking-management tokens, contract documents or payment details. Detailed event and user data in GA4 is retained for up to 14 months; the user-data period resets with new activity.

When website measurement is permitted, our internal analytics record whether a visitor entered or cleared a booking field. These are fixed progress labels, not keystrokes, draft text or field values. They are not sent to Google and do not show the final contents or validity of an unfinished form.

You can refuse analytics or withdraw consent through the cookie preferences on this site without affecting booking or inquiry forms. Withdrawal stops browser collection immediately. To update saved server-side consent, we temporarily retain the relevant browser identifiers and retry the privacy request if you are offline. Server-side withdrawal takes effect when that request reaches us; it does not erase data already processed. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
