Phone and AI Assistant Terms

Calls to WERZ may be handled by an AI assistant. Call details, transcripts, summaries, and outcomes may be logged so we can follow up, manage bookings, handle support requests, and improve service quality. The assistant may help route calls, answer basic questions, book consultations, or capture callback requests, but final project pricing, legal terms, and commitments require review by the WERZ team.

SMS Terms

The WERZ SMS Program sends booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, customer care replies, and requested follow-ups related to your consultation or booking. By entering your phone number on our booking form and selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive text messages from WERZ.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@werz.ai. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
