How this calculator works
WERZ scopes video work from pre-production, shoot days, crew, talent, locations, equipment, post-production, and deliverables. This calculator applies our internal planning assumptions to the inputs you select.
Pre-production can include concept, script, shot list, scouting, casting, access planning, and scheduling. Its share of a quote varies with the brief.
Crew is selected for the actual production plan. A compact interview setup and a multi-department commercial crew are priced differently.
Post-production can include editing, color, sound, motion graphics, music licensing, captions, review rounds, and multiple exports. Finished runtime alone does not determine the effort.
Talent is quoted from the approved casting, usage, territory, term, and union status. Current union rates and obligations must be confirmed for the specific production.
The result is an internal WERZ planning range, not a promise that another company will charge the same amount. A real quote requires an approved brief, usage, schedule, locations, and deliverable list.
