Do we lose access to Shopify apps?
Some, not all. Apps that operate through the admin (inventory, fulfillment, support) work unchanged. Apps that inject UI into the storefront (popups, reviews widgets, upsells) need headless-compatible alternatives. We map the gap during discovery.
