01Overview
WERZ produced the launch film for Cosmic-1, Cosmic Robotics' first product — a 10,000 lb autonomous robot that lifts and places 90 lb solar panels with millimeter precision alongside human crews. The film opens on Mars and lands on a working Earth jobsite, framing the company's long-range thesis against hardware that already ships.
02About the Client
Cosmic Robotics develops AI-powered equipment and software for building critical infrastructure, including digital twin and physical AI systems that adapt to real-world project conditions.
03The Challenge
A launch film had to carry two stories at once: a Mars-scale ambition that could read as science fiction, and a machine already doubling crew productivity in 100-degree heat. Either half alone undersells the company.
04Our Approach
One 67-second cut: an orbital open that states the thesis, then unbroken field footage of Cosmic-1 working a live solar site — autonomous, 1x speed, no cutaways to hide behind. Full production through color and sound design.
